After you have reviewed all your applicants and decided on a student, you must pay the full project budget. This ensures that you receive the proper design files before payment is released and guarantees that the student receives payment. You are under no obligation to pay the project budget if you don't receive any applicants or are otherwise not satisfied with the students. Part of the project budget is a 10% OrangeSlyce partnership fee used to maintain and grow the community.
